{"id":8065,"date":"2024-09-30T09:48:23","date_gmt":"2024-09-30T12:48:23","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/navarrocastex.com\/fra\/?post_type=novedades&#038;p=8065"},"modified":"2024-09-30T09:48:23","modified_gmt":"2024-09-30T12:48:23","slug":"interes-general-solicitud-de-firma-digital-no-presencial","status":"publish","type":"novedades","link":"https:\/\/navarrocastex.com\/fra\/novedades\/interes-general-solicitud-de-firma-digital-no-presencial\/","title":{"rendered":"INTER\u00c9S GENERAL \u2013 SOLICITUD DE FIRMA DIGITAL NO PRESENCIAL"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Mediante el Decreto N\u00ba 743\/2024 (en adelante, el \u201cDecreto\u201d), publicado en el Bolet\u00edn Oficial con fecha 20\/8\/2024, el Poder Ejecutivo Nacional (en adelante, el \u201cPEN\u201d) dispuso que aquellas personas solicitantes o suscriptores de certificados digitales emitidos por los certificadores licenciados a efectos de obtener la Firma Digital podr\u00e1n tramitar su emisi\u00f3n, renovaci\u00f3n o revocaci\u00f3n sin necesidad de verificar su identidad de forma presencial ante la Autoridad de Registro, es decir que dicha verificaci\u00f3n se efectuar\u00e1 a trav\u00e9s de medios digitales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">A dicho fin, el Decreto sustituye el inciso 2 del art\u00edculo 21 y el art\u00edculo 27 del Decreto 182\/2019, el cual reglamenta la Ley N\u00b0 25.506 de Firma Digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-paragraph\">Puede acceder al Decreto haciendo click&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.boletinoficial.gov.ar\/detalleAviso\/primera\/312489\/20240820\">aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"featured_media":0,"template":"","novedades_category":[],"class_list":["post-8065","novedades","type-novedades","status-publish","hentry"],"acf":[],"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/navarrocastex.com\/fra\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/novedades\/8065","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/navarrocastex.com\/fra\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/novedades"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/navarrocastex.com\/fra\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/novedades"}],"version-history":[{"count":1,"href":"https:\/\/navarrocastex.com\/fra\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/novedades\/8065\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":8066,"href":"https:\/\/navarrocastex.com\/fra\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/novedades\/8065\/revisions\/8066"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/navarrocastex.com\/fra\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=8065"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"novedades_category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/navarrocastex.com\/fra\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/novedades_category?post=8065"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
