On 11\/20\/2020, the Secretariat of Internal Trade of the Ministry of Productive Development issued Resolution 605\/2020 that was published in the Official Gazette.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to said Resolution, companies that are part of the chain of production, distribution and marketing of products and supplies for construction were required “to increase their production to the maximum of their installed capacity” and “to arbitrate the necessary measures to ensure their transportation and provision\u201d, during the term of the emergency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The products and supplies reached by Resolution 605\/2020 are: stone, sand and clay; products of wood, chemicals, plastics for construction (tubes, pipes, plates, sheets, sanitary ware, openings, etc.); paints and varnishes, glass and glass products; non-structural ceramic articles (including sanitary ware); Refractory products and structural non-refractory clay products; cement, lime, plaster; articles of concrete, building or carving stone and their articles; furniture, ferrous and non-ferrous metal products; structural metal products and their parts; faucet items and accessories; cooking appliances, stoves and similar appliances for heating, water heaters lighting appliances and their parts cables, electrical panels and their parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Resolution 605\/2020 entered into force on 11\/20\/2020 and its non-compliance will be sanctioned by the Ministry of Internal Trade in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 20,680.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
