Professional Experience
Shortly after graduating, in July 1980, he worked at Estudio Inciarte, together with his father, Dr. Alfredo Inciarte Castells. Later, he was a partner at Estudio Pérez del Castillo, Navarro, Inciarte, Gari (originally) and Pérez del Castillo, Inciarte, Gari (later) from 1990 until May 30, 2012. On June 1, 2012, he reinstates Estudio Inciarte, being its director and main partner since then.
Other professional activities
Lawyer at the Legal Department of the Municipal Administration of Montevideo, 1980-1997. Lawyer at the company ACSA from 1980 to 1999. Independent legal advisor to several national and international companies. Since 2005 he has contributed to the World Bank publication “Doing Business” on Law and Real Estate matters.
